![]() Motorola Point To Point Wireless Networks The
600 Series of Point-to-Point wireless Ethernet bridges
include both licensed solutions for the 2.5, 4.5, 4.8, and 4.9 GHz
bands, which are dedicated to the license holders for the Educational
Broadcast Service, NATO/Federal agencies and to Public Safety
respectively, and unlicensed solutions in the 5.4, 5.8 and 5.9 GHz
spectrum. These bridges, respectively, offer high performance
connectivity and backhaul in challenging non-line-of-sight
environments. With carrier-grade reliability, PTP 600 links have
class-leading sensitivity and power output which enable links to go
farther, while sustaining high throughput regardless of conditions.
With data rates up to 300 Mbps and reaching distances up to 124 miles,
this Series of high-performance and secure wireless bridges make
cost-effective connectivity and backhaul a reality for a wide range of
enterprises, service providers and public safety organizations. Choose
the PTP 500 Series
to deliver high-speed, robust wireless backhaul. Connect buildings in a
campus setting. Extend video surveillance beyond the wired
infrastructure. Support bandwidth-intensive applications such as
Voice-over-IP, telemedicine, IP gaming and multimedia. The PTP 500
bridges can deliver up to 99.999% availability in virtually any
environment, including non-line-of-sight, long-distance line-of-sight,
over water or open terrain, even through extreme weather conditions.
PTP 500 Series bridges come in Integrated and Connectorized models,
both available in 5.4 and 5.8 GHz RF bands and operating at data rates
up to 105 Mbps. The
PTP 300 Series bridges
provide affordable, reliable, high-performance connectivity, even in
obstructed and high-interference environments. The systems are
excellent choices for budget-conscious companies and government
agencies that need to establish communications for building-to-building
connectivity, high-speed Internet access, backhaul, Voice-over-IP,
multimedia and video surveillance applications. Available in Integrated
and Connectorized models, PTP 300 Series bridges operate in the 5.4 and
5.8 GHz RF bands at date rates up to 25 Mbps. The
PTP 200 Series bridges
are designed to securely transport data, voice and video in both
near-line-of-sight (nLOS) and line-of-sight (LOS) environments.
Operating in the 5.4 and 4.9 GHz band at Ethernet data rates up to 21
Mbps, the PTP 54200 and PTP 49200 offer enterprises and public safety
entities a reliable alternative to reach around obstacles that
partially block a path’s radio line-of-sight (Fresnel zone) but leave
the visual line-of-sight clear. With PTP 200’s Orthogonal Frequency
Division Multiplexing (OFDM) technology, customers gain resistance to
interference and fading delivering exceptional performance in the
presence of multi-path interference caused by buildings and other
obstructions. The extremely low cost of ownership makes a PTP 200
solution affordable for even the most restricted budgets. The
PTP 100 series of bridges
make use of Motorola's proprietary Point-to-Multipoint Wireless
Broadband platform modulation scheme to deliver broadband connectivity
across distances of up to 35 miles (56 kilometers). The PTP 100 Series
is available in a broad range of frequencies (2.4, 5.1, 5.2, 5.4 and
5.8 GHz) and are uniquely suited for delivering consistent throughput
in Line-of-Sight (LoS) configurations. You can
achieve better uptime through better visibility of your network with the
Motorola Wireless Manager.
This network management software tool offers breakthrough map-based
visualization capabilities using embedded Google maps, and combined
with advanced configuration, provisioning, alerting and reporting
features you can control your entire outdoor wireless network including
Mesh Wide Area Network, and Point-to-Multipoint and Point-to-Point
solutions as well as other SNMP enabled devices. With its powerful user
interface you will not only be able to control your network's access,
distribution and backhaul layers, but you will also have visibility to
WLAN sites and be able to quickly launch Motorola's indoor management
systems. |
